Italian Red has nice large cloves with a moderate garlic taste. It grows well in all US regions. Averages 2-6 large cloves.
PORCELAIN GARLICS
These are the largest of the garlic plants. The highest amount of Allicin for health benefits. They are typically very cold and hardy. Large easy to peel beautiful cloves. Loves moisture. The bulbs are usually beautiful in shape and white in color. Clove skins yellow-tan to pinkish-brown.
