We will choose the garlic varieties that will perform best for your location and growing needs. They will be separately packaged and identified by varieties. We however will not keep on record the varieties included in your growing pack order but it will record a growing pack instead. We do generally know what we were packaging for the growing packs so if it gets lost in your records we can try to assist and you can always send us a photo and we will attempt to identify the garlic.
